Putnam Family Support and Advocacy collaborates with
various agencies, institutions, and service providers
to improve delivery of services to families in
crisis, and/or with special needs.
To help maintain families in the community, Putnam
Family Support and Advocacy operates as a family
support provider for the Putnam County Coordinated
Children’s Services Initiative (CCSI) and provides
family support services for the Home and Community
Based Medicaid Waiver Program.
PFSA is also a member of the state-wide Families
Together in New York State and the National Federation of
Families for Children’s Mental Health.
